Day 4

I have lost 9 pounds so far and I'm on my fourth day.

Granted, it is probably just water weight but I can tell a difference in my tummy and in my face.

Today I eat bananas all day with the soup. I am going to make the soup now.

I am excited about this diet. I am going to do it until the weekend of July 4th.

I can't wait until then! :D

I need to lose 40-50 pounds by then.

Day 3

Day 3 - 161 lbs.

As you can see, I have lost 6 pounds! :D
Okay, today I haven't been hungry so I have only eaten a bowl of soup.
My mom and I are going to buy some more baby carrots because I ate them all yesterday.
I drank Nopalina today with Sunny D (smooth)
and am planning on drinking it again tomorrow.
When I get back I will have a mango, some strawberries, and carrots!

Day 2

Day 2 - 165 lbs.

I have made my second batch of soup, and it is better than yesterday's soup. Much saltier, but better. I will put less salt tomorrow. I used the wrong kind of onion, as I may have mentioned before, but today I used the right kind and I still put like half of it in the blender. Today's soup. A+

I feel way better today than yesterday, and I have eaten some baby carrots.

Before I got out of bed I drank a pint of water. YUM. Hopefully water won't get old. lollz

So yesterday I ate another nectarine and a mango. I feel better today and tomorrow I can tell will be a good day.

Today I get to eat a baked potato with butter! :D YAY!


I am going to go work out in a little bit so I can burn some fat. I want to lose all 17 pounds, not just 5, or 10.

7 Day Diet - Day 1

Hey whoever is following. Today I start my 7 day soup diet and I need a place to log it. So here goes! :D

The soup diet is supposed to make you lose from 10 to 17 pounds.
Here's the recipe:

  • 6 cebollas grandes - 6 large onions (I used 2 large and 3 medium)
  • 2 pimientos morrones verdes - 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 atado de apio (tres tallos) - 3 celery stalks
  • 6 jitomates frescos - 6 small fresh tomatoes (I saw a recipe for this that said a can of whole tomatoes)
  • 1/2 col (repollo) desinfectado - 1/2 head of cabbage (I used 1/4)
  • 1 cubito de caldo de pollo (amarillo) (1 chicken buillon cube)

Day 1 - 167 lbs.

Eat any fruit except banana.

I started the day with 1/2 pint of water. YUM
I ate a nectarine later. I have a honeydew melon but I don't know how to open it so I'll wait for my mom to get back. I will keep updating this log later tonight :D

I just tasted the soup.... B+
It's pretty good. You can tell it's veggie soup. I actually liquified some of it. I kind of want a thermos. That way I can take it where ever I want. I'm excited.
